White Shoes Forever!! (And anything else that you want to keep dry)

Seriously, keeping white shoes white is a joke.  For the love of fashion thank goodness for this AMAZING product by Rust-oleum called Never Wet I bought at The Home Depot!  It is extremely easy to use and it dries much quicker than I even anticipated.  As you can see from the box it can be put on several different surfaces.

First, I have to suggest to wear latex or some sort of gloves if you are going to have to spray this stuff on something that you will be holding.
Second, don't be alarmed that it says Frosted Clear.  I think the reason why they label it that way is so that you don't think that it's going to make your object shiny or like a latex finish.
Disclaimer:  Read the directions and make sure that your object is ok to be sprayed.  Test the product on whatever it is if you are unsure.  I am not responsible for anything you do.

  How to:
1.  Take your item and spray it with the Step 1 can.  Let it dry for 30 minutes.  It has a tacky feel.  When I sprayed my shoes I sprayed the rubber edging and everything.  We all know how much that sucks when you have white shoes with dirty black edging that never comes clean.
2.  After 30 minutes spray your item with the Step 2 can which is the top coat.  It tells you that it you can apply 3-4 coats to get the best results which I did.  You only have to wait 1-2 minutes in between coats.  Then let it dry for full use for 12 hours.
Most protective sprays I have used (non like this though) take 24-48 hours to fully dry so I was really surprised by this.

Here's a video of me putting them under a running faucet.  It's not uploading the best but hopefully it gives you the idea.

Try this stuff, you will thank me.  Happy white shoes from me and happy water proofing whatever to you.
